JOGAIAH Institute of Technology & Sciences, College of Engineering and College of Pharmacy, Palakol was established in August 2007 under the able Chairmanship of Sri. Chegondi Harirama Jogaiah(Ex-Member of Parliament). The Institute is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi and is affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Kakinada.

During the last 3 years, this Engineering College has made rapid progress and has developed into one of the very large and foremost Engineering Colleges in Andhra Pradesh State, with an annual intake capacity of 500 students in the following programmes:
